This website is operated by Chay Levi Shields, trading as a freelance consultant. You can contact me at [email protected] or through the channels listed on the contact page.

This is a portfolio and enquiry site. It describes the services I offer and how to get in touch. It is not an online shop and it does not create an account for you.

I do not run a contact form that stores submissions on this site. If you write to me by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Discord, I will receive whatever you choose to send, typically your name, contact details, and the details of your enquiry.

If I later take you on as a client, I may also hold billing details, project notes, and any files you share. That information is held only for the work we have agreed.

I use enquiry details to reply to you, to discuss a possible engagement, and, if we work together, to deliver the service and keep records of the work.

I do not sell personal information or pass it to third parties for marketing.

This site may use cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, such as remembering a language or theme preference. If I add analytics later, I will update this page and, where required, ask for consent.

Links on this site may take you to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Discord, a content management system, or an invoicing platform. Those services have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for how they handle your data once you leave this site.

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as they are useful for following up, and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet tax and accounting duties, then removed or archived.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you can ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where I no longer need it. Write to [email protected] and I will respond as soon as I reasonably can.

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
