1. General Conditions
1.1. By purchasing from Chay Levi Shields, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service.
1.2. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
1.3. If you do not agree with any of these terms you are prohibited from contacting Chay regarding any jobs.
1.4. Throughout this document you, as the client, will be referred to as; "you", "client", and "visitor".
2. Use License
2.1. You may not distribute any work made by Chay Levi Shields without written consent to do so.
2.2. You may not claim the work is yours under any circumstance. Unless authorized to do so by Chay Levi Shields.
2.3. Any work done by Chay Levi Shields may be used in his portfolio or past resume. You may contact him if you want to keep it confidential.
3. Chargebacks
3.1. Under no circumstance may you chargeback or attempt to chargeback.
3.2. You are given unlimited minor revisions until you confirm the final product.
3.3. Any attempt to chargeback or dispute your payment will result in our conversations being given as substantial evidence of your order being valid.
4. Conduct
4.1. The order of services implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4.2. Chay Levi Shields reserves the right to change these terms of service, its services and prices, whenever it seems necessary, without prior notice. By using his service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
4.3. You will be asked to verify your agreeance with these terms of service before any work is done by Chay Levi Shields.
